I truly enjoyed this book. It was beautifully written and well researched. It moved along quite impressively. I really liked the characters especially Beau and I look forward to the next book. I have always enjoyed U.S. history and especially the Civil War. I can feel your legal background sneaking through as you write and being a retired Attorney myself made this book even more thought-provoking.Product details

I love the civil war history, and this novel takes us inside a friendship from "neutral" Kentucky that lets the reader live both sides of the war. Compelling read.
